The SWV Winter Challenge is a unique opportunity for businesses to ski alongside wounded veterans, see the impact of our work first-hand, and raise vital funds in support of life-changing rehabilitation.
Each March, Supporting Wounded Veterans (SWV) takes 25 wounded veterans to Klosters, Switzerland for our flagship Veteran Ski Rehabilitation Week. For many, this is their first point of contact with SWV.
During the week, veterans take part in a structured ski rehabilitation programme designed to rebuild confidence, resilience and physical capability. Many arrive feeling fragile and uncertain about their future, and return home renewed, empowered and ready to face the world again. Following the week, each veteran is supported onto the SWV programmes best suited to their needs, including pain management, mental health support, mentoring, or employment assistance.

The Winter Challenge
Running alongside the rehabilitation week, the Winter Challenge invites corporate teams to join us in Klosters for two unforgettable days. Businesses compete in a friendly ski challenge against veteran teams, creating a powerful shared experience on and off the slopes.
It’s an extraordinary chance to:
-
Compete alongside inspiring veterans in a fun ski event
-
See the impact of SWV’s rehabilitation work at first hand
-
Network with like-minded business leaders
-
Raise money for a truly meaningful cause
The Winter Challenge is more than a corporate ski trip — it’s a chance to make a tangible difference while being part of something exceptional.
