The charity was thrilled to see so many of you at our annual Carol Concert on 4th December. We sold out of tickets and so are sorry not to have been able to accommodate everyone that wanted to join us!
Our readers (Dame Vanessa Redgrave, Joely Richardson, Dominic West and James Purefoy) brought their readings to life with integrity and humour, and Sonoro and Ellie Laugharne once again lead the whole church in the most beautiful and festive music.
We were also delighted to see so many veterans who the charity has supported over the years, come back to join us on the night.
Of those, David (Scotty) Scott and Rhys Thurtell delivered the most moving speeches about their story and how the charity has helped them.
We hoped that everyone who joined us enjoyed the evening, and it was lovely that so many stayed for the Drinks Reception afterwards – a wonderful chance to catch up with supporters of the charity both old and new.
